I was blown away by the amazing customer service i received at this location in Milton. A sweet employee named Bushra went above and beyond to ensure the food she served me was fresh (and of course delicious). I ordered on the phone but when i arrived my ordered wasn't ready. She gave me the honest reason and communicated the issue at hand so very well. The food, as always, is great!

Amazing hospitality by Mrs.Bushra. She took care of our catering order with utmost attention to detail and was very patient to us customized menu requirements. Not only she gave us the best suggestion for our party needs but also gave us a range of menu-combination-options that catered to our requirement for event. The food was fabulous! Hyderabadi special Biryani along with the mouth watering appetizers were to die for. Will definitely come back again soon. Keep up the good work in the community guys!

If you know the real flavor and taste on your food, this is place for you. I have been a regular customer with them from the mississauga location for past three years. Due to consistent quality of the food, I have been driving to Milton and I was never disappointed. They are always welcoming and they help their customers with the selection from the menu. The food tastes exactly same to what I would eat in a restaurant in New Delhi or Lahore.

Being a former long time resident of Karachi, I've gotta say this has to be one of the best Pakistani take out restaurants you could find in the GTA bar non. The quality and authentic taste....WOW!! - of the dishes is exquisite and accurately recreated, as I remember growing up in that city. The take out selection is unmatched by any other takeout places that I've tried in the last 48 years in Canada with a few exceptions. We were helped by this lovely lady....Bushra who threw in some extra goodies as a courtesy that made the experience memorable. Don't take my word for it, try it out yourself.

I've lived in Milton for 6 years & used to go to Silver Spoon for biryani, samosas & kebabs. I stopped there going since they changed ownership. I'm not sure why I didn't try Cafe Zauq sooner. Clearly I have been missing out. There food is fantastic & their customer service was exceptional. I placed an order over the phone and 30 minutes later it was ready. Food is packaged perfect, chutneys taste freshly made & portions are incredibly generous. I definitely recommend Cafe Zauq!

Zauq consistently has one of the most authentic and delicious Pakistani foods in GTA West. We have also catered from them for all our family events and they have reasonable prices as well as great tasting food. All of our guests always ask where the food is from. I coordinated food for a friend's wedding over the weekend. Both events were catered by Zauq. The service was amazing and food/appetizers came separately for both days and arrived before they promised. Food was hot and always refilled for our guests. The staff kept us updated throughout the program and all of our guests kept talking about how much they loved the food. Would definitely order again!

We recently arranged a small wedding anniversary party for 40 people and ordered a food, food came before anticipated time, food items and quantity was great than expected, everyone loved the food especially nicely cooked biryani, lollipop chicken. By far the best Chicken Biryani I have had in Milton. The chicken is perfectly cooked and the flavor of spices is just amazing.Chicken Biryani here comes in 3 sizes. Small , Medium and Large.We got two mediums for 4 people. It was more than sufficient. The portion size is huge.There is a huge spread there for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food.The medium size Biryani is for 8.99 dollars. Completely worth it!
